項目簡介:棒(bang)線熱(re)(re)送(song)生產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程中,由(you)于鑄(zhu)坯(pi)彎(wan)曲變形,在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)送(song)時(shi)輸送(song)輥道兩邊護(hu)板經常(chang)使鑄(zhu)坯(pi)卡死,無法(fa)正常(chang)熱(re)(re)送(song),在(zai)(zai)處理(li)(li)時(shi),由(you)于在(zai)(zai)煉(lian)鋼(gang)廠房外,無行(xing)車(che),要使用(yong)(yong)2條導鏈,4-5人經4小時(shi)左右才能恢復(fu)生產(chan)(chan),處理(li)(li)時(shi)間長(chang)、費力,存(cun)在(zai)(zai)很(hen)大安全隱(yin)患,影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)鑄(zhu)坯(pi)熱(re)(re)送(song),且在(zai)(zai)處理(li)(li)事(shi)故過(guo)程中鑄(zhu)坯(pi)需用(yong)(yong)車(che)輛(liang)轉(zhuan)運到軋鋼(gang),廠內熱(re)(re)導車(che)輛(liang)按每噸3元(yuan)計,4小時(shi)熱(re)(re)倒(dao)車(che)輛(liang)費用(yong)(yong)大概需1800元(yuan)左右。為減(jian)少生產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程中產(chan)(chan)生的不必(bi)要費用(yong)(yong),節約區間成本。利用(yong)(yong)現場閑置廢舊電葫蘆自行(xing)修復(fu),利用(yong)(yong)2根140mm工字鋼(gang)制作(zuo)滑軌,用(yong)(yong)生產(chan)(chan)間隙進行(xing)安裝、校正。未(wei)改(gai)造前(qian),月(yue)平(ping)均因熱(re)(re)送(song)鑄(zhu)坯(pi)卡死處理(li)(li)事(shi)故,影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)生產(chan)(chan)導致車(che)輛(liang)熱(re)(re)倒(dao)約4-5起;平(ping)均每起按1800元(yuan)算,1800X4=7200元(yuan);每年共12個月(yue)共:12X4X1800元(yuan)=86400元(yuan);改(gai)造后平(ping)均每年可節約費用(yong)(yong)86400元(yuan)。

項目簡介:自2010年(nian)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)新區(qu)投產(chan)后(hou),鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)裂一直未得到(dao)徹底控(kong)制,每(mei)月(yue)有3-4個(ge)包(bao)(bao)(bao)出現透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)裂后(hou)造成本爐鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)吹(chui)氬效果差,影響鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水質(zhi)量;且造成包(bao)(bao)(bao)底夾鋼(gang)(gang)(gang),帶來(lai)極大的安全隱患,同時造成生產(chan)成本上(shang)升。為(wei)了解決此(ci)問題,技術(shu)員(yuan)通(tong)過過程跟蹤,查(cha)找資(zi)料,與(yu)(yu)其它(ta)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)廠對(dui)標,分析造成透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)裂的原因。為(wei)此(ci),要(yao)求鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)修砌時,在透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)與(yu)(yu)包(bao)(bao)(bao)底磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)周圍預(yu)留5-7cm的預(yu)留縫使用剛玉澆注料進(jin)行(xing)澆注,優(you)化包(bao)(bao)(bao)底永(yong)久層與(yu)(yu)安全層的工藝,緩(huan)解包(bao)(bao)(bao)底磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)受熱膨(peng)脹產(chan)生的外力不均勻對(dui)透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)造成的剪切力,同時要(yao)求鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)停用前對(dui)透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)殘(can)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)進(jin)行(xing)反吹(chui),通(tong)氮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)確(que)保(bao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)道暢通(tong),防止透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)憋壓(ya)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)裂。通(tong)過改進(jin)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)修砌工藝及透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)熱處理工藝,每(mei)月(yue)透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)裂基(ji)本為(wei)零,吹(chui)氬透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)率(lv)達到(dao)100%,進(jin)一步提(ti)高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水質(zhi)量。每(mei)月(yue)減少(shao)6-8塊透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),每(mei)塊透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)約2000元,每(mei)月(yue)可節約費用1.2萬(wan)(wan)-1.6萬(wan)(wan)元;每(mei)次換完透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)后(hou)需要(yao)煤氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)烘烤24h后(hou)備用上(shang)線,每(mei)小(xiao)時煤氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)費用170元,每(mei)個(ge)包(bao)(bao)(bao)減少(shao)煤氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)費用4080元,月(yue)節約費用1.224—1.632萬(wan)(wan)元;共計(ji)年(nian)可降(jiang)低生產(chan)費用29.08—38.78萬(wan)(wan)元/年(nian)。

項目簡介:在生產(chan)過(guo)程中,停爐停機現象較多,停爐停機后(hou)必須下線2-3個包(bao)(bao)作為備用包(bao)(bao),而在線周(zhou)轉使用的(de)鋼包(bao)(bao),停下來后(hou)必須進行烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen),有時(shi)(shi)停用的(de)時(shi)(shi)間可(ke)以達(da)到10個小時(shi)(shi)以上,鋼包(bao)(bao)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)就需烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)10個小時(shi)(shi),因此(ci)多用了10個小時(shi)(shi)的(de)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),通過(guo)鋼包(bao)(bao)工段(duan)與生產(chan)技術科的(de)協商,制作專用鋼包(bao)(bao)蓋(gai)(gai)對(dui)停用的(de)多個包(bao)(bao)蓋(gai)(gai)進行加蓋(gai)(gai)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen),通過(guo)過(guo)程跟蹤統計,可(ke)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)10個小時(shi)(shi)左右(you),包(bao)(bao)壁溫(wen)(wen)度仍(reng)能滿(man)足上線備用包(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)度要(yao)求,達(da)到200℃以上,節約(yue)了烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),同時(shi)(shi)降低了烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)產(chan)生的(de)二氧(yang)化碳,提高(gao)了現場員(yuan)工的(de)工作環境。針對(dui)生產(chan)計劃調(diao)整,每(mei)月(yue)停爐停機次數增多的(de)情況,月(yue)平均停爐停機10次以上,每(mei)次保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)平均5小時(shi)(shi),每(mei)小時(shi)(shi)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)費(fei)用170元,月(yue)可(ke)節約(yue)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)費(fei)用170元/h*5h*2個*10次=4.25萬(wan)元/月(yue),年可(ke)節約(yue)51萬(wan)元煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)費(fei)用,極大的(de)節約(yue)了煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)消耗,緩(huan)解了公司煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)供應不足的(de)問題。可(ke)用于金屬容器鐵水包(bao)(bao)、鋼包(bao)(bao)的(de)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen),減緩(huan)包(bao)(bao)襯熱量流失。

項目簡介:自新區大包加蓋(gai)(gai)投(tou)運后,引流(liu)砂(sha)(sha)的(de)人(ren)(ren)工投(tou)放方式(shi)一直(zhi)影響(xiang)投(tou)砂(sha)(sha)的(de)準確性和大包自開率,造成引流(liu)砂(sha)(sha)的(de)用量增加。通過(guo)過(guo)程(cheng)跟蹤分析,主要(yao)原因是人(ren)(ren)員在垂直(zhi)投(tou)砂(sha)(sha)過(guo)程(cheng),引流(liu)砂(sha)(sha)在下落過(guo)程(cheng)碰撞包蓋(gai)(gai)孔(kong)邊緣(yuan)使(shi)引流(liu)砂(sha)(sha)的(de)運動(dong)軌跡發生改(gai)變(bian),導致引流(liu)砂(sha)(sha)投(tou)不到(dao)水口內。

本發明提出(chu)一(yi)種新式的灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)裝置(zhi)(zhi),它(ta)可(ke)以(yi)滿足大(da)包(bao)全程(cheng)加蓋后的灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)作(zuo)業(ye),具有操作(zuo)簡單、維護量(liang)少、無故(gu)障率、定位(wei)(wei)準(zhun)確,通過在(zai)鋼(gang)(gang)包(bao)出(chu)鋼(gang)(gang)前運行線路上方制(zhi)作(zuo)一(yi)個(ge)軌道(dao)、移(yi)動(dong)小(xiao)車及旋轉(zhuan)軸,小(xiao)車上焊接一(yi)個(ge)專用灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)斗和¢150mm的鋼(gang)(gang)管,鋼(gang)(gang)管垂直對準(zhun)水口,當鋼(gang)(gang)包(bao)運行到區域范圍內,人推小(xiao)車在(zai)軌道(dao)上帶動(dong)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)斗調整縱向灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),縱向到位(wei)(wei)后,旋轉(zhuan)灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)斗微調橫向位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),達到準(zhun)確對中后,進行灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)作(zuo)業(ye)。

有效避免了(le)手(shou)扔砂位置不(bu)(bu)準確(que)導致水口灌(guan)不(bu)(bu)滿及引(yin)流砂浪費(fei)情況的發生,減少了(le)開(kai)澆(jiao)燒(shao)氧(yang)幾(ji)率,提高了(le)鋼水質(zhi)量,增加(jia)了(le)鋼水連澆(jiao)爐(lu)數。本實用(yong)新(xin)型具(ju)有不(bu)(bu)占用(yong)行車(che)、對中時間(jian)短(duan)、節(jie)(jie)約(yue)引(yin)流砂、操(cao)作方便等特點。每爐(lu)用(yong)量降(jiang)低10kg,月(yue)生產2200爐(lu),可節(jie)(jie)約(yue)22噸引(yin)流砂,每噸引(yin)流砂2000元,月(yue)可節(jie)(jie)約(yue)4.4萬元,節(jie)(jie)約(yue)大氧(yang)管費(fei)用(yong)2200爐(lu)*10%*5元=1100元/月(yue)。降(jiang)低難燒(shao)重(zhong)接(jie)堵流事故(gu),降(jiang)低機件燒(shao)穿造(zao)成的金屬容器(qi)外泄安(an)全事故(gu)。

項目簡介:新區轉(zhuan)爐濁環粗顆粒提升(sheng)機在運行過程中因(yin)介質原(yuan)因(yin)導(dao)致螺旋(xuan)葉(xie)片(pian)磨損嚴(yan)重,由(you)于傳(chuan)動裝置底座為固定式,檢(jian)修(xiu)難度(du)大,檢(jian)修(xiu)維護(hu)時必須使用吊車進行吊裝,人(ren)員作業強大極大。

利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)檢修實(shi)(shi)地(di)測繪原裝螺(luo)旋(xuan),優化不(bu)合理的(de)地(di)方,自行(xing)(xing)設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)作,將葉片材料改(gai)為(wei)16#耐(nai)磨(mo)錳鋼,并(bing)將傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)底座改(gai)為(wei)活動(dong)(dong)式(shi),可>180°進(jin)行(xing)(xing)旋(xuan)轉,改(gai)后(hou)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)倒鏈(lian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)輕便作業,無需使用(yong)(yong)(yong)吊(diao)車(che),節約吊(diao)車(che)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。通過自行(xing)(xing)設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)作提升機螺(luo)旋(xuan),優化其在(zai)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)過程中存在(zai)的(de)各種問題(ti),延長(chang)了設(she)備運(yun)行(xing)(xing)周期(qi)且降低設(she)備備件采購費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)、并(bing)將傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)底座改(gai)為(wei)活動(dong)(dong)式(shi),在(zai)不(bu)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)吊(diao)車(che)的(de)情況(kuang)下根據生(sheng)產實(shi)(shi)際進(jin)行(xing)(xing)檢修維護,使吊(diao)裝費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)大大降低,實(shi)(shi)現與生(sheng)產同(tong)步。

項目簡介:混(hun)(hun)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)爐過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)跨(kua)車(che)(che)(che)主要負責將混(hun)(hun)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)爐鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)水(shui)(shui)倒(dao)運,供(gong)給爐前煉(lian)鋼(gang)使用,過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)跨(kua)車(che)(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)直接影響(xiang)吹煉(lian)需加入鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang),根據工藝設(she)計,該(gai)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)跨(kua)車(che)(che)(che)上共安(an)裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)8個(ge),在翻(fan)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中,8臺(tai)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)受力(li),這時(shi)(shi)(shi)因8臺(tai)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)需供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)死機,故障(zhang)頻繁現(xian)象,無法滿(man)足翻(fan)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)要求;多次更換新設(she)備(bei)仍出現(xian)同類(lei)情況,針對(dui)此(ci)種情況,專(zhuan)門成立攻關小(xiao)組,對(dui)該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)存在問題進(jin)行攻關,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)長時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)研究發現(xian),該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)由于同時(shi)(shi)(shi)帶動(dong)8臺(tai)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)不能(neng)滿(man)足使用,對(dui)其采用外部(bu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)外部(bu)大功(gong)率(lv)(lv)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),滿(man)足8個(ge)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)要求,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)采集傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)信號;這樣可以確保混(hun)(hun)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)爐翻(fan)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)正常。通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)提高(gao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)跨(kua)車(che)(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)秤(cheng)(cheng)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性,一方面降低(di)人員(yuan)勞動(dong)強度(不用人員(yuan)在混(hun)(hun)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)爐上方查看扎線翻(fan)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)為轉爐煉(lian)鋼(gang)提供(gong)準確鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。混(hun)(hun)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)爐翻(fan)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)準確稱(cheng)量(liang)(liang)(liang),有利(li)于控制鋼(gang)水(shui)(shui)質量(liang)(liang)(liang),增加爐前操(cao)作穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性。

創新項目:5#連鑄機振動減速機改造

項目簡介:原(yuan)5#連鑄機(ji)振動減速(su)機(ji)為(wei)重載高(gao)(gao)速(su)型,輸出軸為(wei)空心軸,在使(shi)用裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)時需要雙向(xiang)輸出,則(ze)需要裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)相應的輸出軸,由于(yu)輸出軸與(yu)減速(su)機(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)的裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)要求(qiu)為(wei)過渡配(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he),裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)精度要求(qiu)較高(gao)(gao),裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)難度大,由于(yu)客觀原(yuan)因,裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)(pei)精度達不(bu)到要求(qiu),導致減速(su)機(ji)空心軸鍵槽滾(gun)鍵而(er)損壞。

現將減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)的(de)空心(xin)(xin)軸與(yu)裝配的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)軸設(she)計(ji)為一個(ge)整體,減(jian)(jian)少實際生產過程中(zhong)裝配輸(shu)出(chu)軸的(de)工序對減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)使(shi)用壽(shou)命的(de)制(zhi)約(yue),以(yi)提高(gao)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)的(de)壽(shou)命。每年可(ke)減(jian)(jian)少采(cai)購雙向輸(shu)出(chu)軸20件,共(gong)計(ji)價值約(yue)為10000元(yuan);每年可(ke)降低(di)因(yin)(yin)空心(xin)(xin)軸損壞報廢減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)3臺,維修減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)5臺,共(gong)計(ji)價值約(yue)為50000元(yuan);每年可(ke)降低(di)因(yin)(yin)空心(xin)(xin)軸損壞導致斷(duan)流5次以(yi)上,減(jian)(jian)少開澆(jiao)堵流鋼(gang)坯直接損失(shi)約(yue)25噸(dun)以(yi)上,影響(xiang)產量約(yue)450噸(dun)以(yi)上,共(gong)計(ji)價值約(yue)118750元(yuan),效益總計(ji):178750元(yuan)。

項目簡介:目前煉鋼廠天車(che)在線使用羅克(ke)韋爾變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)共(gong)113臺,最大功(gong)率變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)為(wei)820A。最小22A,由于行(xing)車(che)為(wei)特種設備,變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)工作(zuo)條件(jian)復雜(za),同時(shi)我們因維護技術無法跟上設備更新換(huan)代需求(qiu),因此出現部分變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)不同程度損害。

近年(nian)我(wo)們(men)(men)隨著(zhu)專業技術逐步提升,針對所更(geng)換(huan)(huan)損(sun)壞(huai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi),結合行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)特點。從在線設(she)備,和離線備件全方位提高變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有效利(li)用(yong)率(lv)。1、針對新區(qu)加(jia)料(liao)2號(hao)(hao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)起升機構三(san)年(nian)燒壞(huai)6臺(tai)260A變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的問(wen)題,我(wo)們(men)(men)通(tong)過分析研究,重新編寫控(kong)制(zhi)程序,采(cai)用(yong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)停(ting)(ting)車(che)控(kong)制(zhi)方案,解決了大電流停(ting)(ting)車(che)問(wen)題。從13年(nian)8月改造(zao)后(hou)(hou),至今加(jia)料(liao)2號(hao)(hao)主鉤變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)正常。2,我(wo)們(men)(men)對之前更(geng)換(huan)(huan)下(xia)來的損(sun)壞(huai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。打破(po)思(si)維,創新維護。通(tong)過拆(chai)解、測(ce)(ce)量(liang)、對比、析、上網查(cha)閱資(zi)料(liao)、同框架變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)同配件相(xiang)互替換(huan)(huan)、現場模擬實驗。兩(liang)年(nian)來自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)修(xiu)(xiu)復變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)AB700s型(730安(an)一臺(tai),820安(an)一臺(tai)),AB755型302安(an)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)臺(tai),AB700型(260安(an)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)一臺(tai),140安(an)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)臺(tai))。并(bing)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)總(zong)結出(chu)羅(luo)克韋爾變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)維修(xiu)(xiu)方案。采(cai)用(yong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)停(ting)(ting)車(che)控(kong)制(zhi)方案。延長260安(an)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)周期,根據(ju)以往使(shi)用(yong)周期計算(suan),兩(liang)年(nian)節約260安(an)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)4臺(tai)。節約260安(an)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)11萬(wan)元(yuan)×4臺(tai)=44萬(wan)。先后(hou)(hou)維修(xiu)(xiu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)合計7臺(tai),結合外(wai)圍(wei)維修(xiu)(xiu)成本共可結余49萬(wan)。改造(zao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)控(kong)制(zhi)程序,保護變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)延長使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,節約變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)成本節約44萬(wan)。現在已(yi)在煉鋼廠和環保公(gong)司行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)推廣(guang),本項目(mu)可在公(gong)司全面(mian)推廣(guang)。

創新項目:煉鋼除氧器結構優化提升余熱鍋爐運行壽命

項目簡介:除(chu)氧器(qi)的(de)主要作用(yong)是通過高(gao)溫除(chu)去鍋爐(lu)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氧氣(qi)和其它不凝結的(de)氣(qi)體,以保證給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)品質,延緩鍋爐(lu)內部腐蝕,提高(gao)鍋爐(lu)及(ji)其供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管道的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命。除(chu)氧器(qi)在運行過程中(zhong)(zhong),由于加(jia)熱(re)方式(shi)單一,可操作性(xing)差(cha),加(jia)熱(re)效果不達標,蒸汽利用(yong)率低,供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫度不穩定,導致(zhi)鍋爐(lu)使(shi)用(yong)壽命大幅降低。

針對(dui)這一疑難問題,利用檢修(xiu)期間(jian)分步對(dui)除氧器結(jie)構進(jin)行(xing)優化(hua):

1、將除氧塔與除氧水箱加(jia)熱(re)改為兩(liang)路獨立(li)控(kong)制,提(ti)高加(jia)熱(re)效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)蒸汽(qi)利用率(lv)。

2、在(zai)除(chu)氧(yang)水(shui)箱(xiang)頂部進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)加裝過濾裝置,同時將除(chu)氧(yang)水(shui)箱(xiang)各外供水(shui)管(guan)道(3根∮273)向(xiang)內延伸200mm,有效杜絕(jue)除(chu)氧(yang)水(shui)箱(xiang)內的(de)雜物堵(du)塞管(guan)道。

3、煙罩供水管加裝(zhuang)閥門進行控制,檢修時(shi)可不排除氧器(qi)水,同時(shi)可縮短(duan)生產(chan)準備時(shi)間1小時(shi)。

余熱(re)鍋(guo)爐整體成本費用約120萬(wan)元(yuan),平均使用壽命3年(nian),經此項改造,可延(yan)長鍋(guo)爐壽命1-2年(nian),可創效30萬(wan)元(yuan)/年(nian)×1.5年(nian)=45萬(wan)元(yuan)。

通過除氧(yang)器結(jie)構優化,提(ti)(ti)升除氧(yang)器的(de)運行效(xiao)率,供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)度(du)由80℃提(ti)(ti)高至104℃以上;提(ti)(ti)高鍋爐(lu)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi),降低鍋爐(lu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)氧(yang)含量,同時(shi)杜(du)絕除氧(yang)器內(nei)部雜質(zhi)進入到(dao)鍋爐(lu)循環(huan)系統,以及減少(shao)檢修期(qi)間除氧(yang)器的(de)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)次(ci)數(shu),通過該項(xiang)改造可是鍋爐(lu)使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)能夠有效(xiao)延長1-2年,同時(shi)可推(tui)廣至煉鋼老系統4臺除氧(yang)器以及其他(ta)使用(yong)除氧(yang)器的(de)單位。

創新項目:一種推拉式連鑄中間包機構件護板

項目簡介:原連鑄中(zhong)(zhong)間包(bao)機(ji)構護板采(cai)用的是在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)間包(bao)機(ji)構件上通過柱銷(xiao)懸掛一塊鑄鐵板,其作用是防(fang)止(zhi)在(zai)敞開(kai)澆鑄的工藝條件下,鋼(gang)渣濺至水(shui)口(kou)滑道(dao),導致(zhi)更換(huan)水(shui)口(kou)時不能更換(huan)或因此導致(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)間包(bao)機(ji)構件發生穿(chuan)鋼(gang)事故(gu)。

此種結構(gou)一方面是鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)板(ban)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)高,柱(zhu)銷連接(jie)(jie)經常出現螺(luo)紋(wen)損壞,經常需要更(geng)換柱(zhu)銷,且在(zai)(zai)生產過(guo)程中會有因柱(zhu)銷掉落(luo)而導致護(hu)(hu)板(ban)掉落(luo),發生安全和生產事故(gu)。重(zhong)新(xin)設計中間(jian)包機構(gou)件(jian)護(hu)(hu)板(ban),采用δ=10mm的鋼(gang)板(ban)制(zhi)作,兩側(ce)用50#角鋼(gang)焊接(jie)(jie)成(cheng)“[”槽(cao)鋼(gang)樣式,上槽(cao)口懸掛在(zai)(zai)中間(jian)包結構(gou)件(jian)左右托(tuo)導板(ban)的外側(ce)。鋼(gang)板(ban)面積為300*300mm,角鋼(gang)用料(liao)長度為300mm,這些(xie)料(liao)基本(ben)(ben)上現場的下腳料(liao)就可滿足日(ri)常消耗,不需刻意(yi)準(zhun)備新(xin)材料(liao)進行制(zhi)作。每年消耗鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)板(ban)約450片(pian),連接(jie)(jie)柱(zhu)銷約1500件(jian),消耗成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)約為:450片(pian)*285元/片(pian)+1500件(jian)*22元/件(jian)=161250元,成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)價約為:10元/片(pian)節約價值:161250-450片(pian)*10元/片(pian)=156750元

項目簡介:目前(qian)煉鋼老區(qu)中(zhong)包(bao)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)使(shi)用(yong)焦爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),中(zhong)包(bao)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)直燃式(shi)(shi),焦爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)量大,例如1#連鑄(zhu)機單臺(tai)中(zhong)包(bao)平(ping)均烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時間(jian)為(wei)10小時,消耗(hao)量3842 Nm3/h(試(shi)驗10包(bao)次平(ping)均值),不(bu)利于(yu)節能降耗(hao)目的(de);    現將(jiang)焦爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管道更換(huan)為(wei)轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,同時將(jiang)焦爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)直燃式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)改造為(wei)轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)蓄熱式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi),煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)量為(wei)1000Nm3/h,單臺(tai)中(zhong)間(jian)包(bao)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時間(jian)為(wei)4~6小時,使(shi)用(yong)蓄熱式(shi)(shi)中(zhong)包(bao)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi),可以有效(xiao)降低煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)用(yong)量和用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)成本(ben),實現節能降耗(hao)的(de)目的(de),同時該(gai)蓄熱式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)可手動(dong)和自動(dong)互換(huan)操作,而且具有壓力報警(jing)、煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)報警(jing)和廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)處理功(gong)能。1#機中(zhong)包(bao)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)使(shi)用(yong)轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)蓄熱式(shi)(shi),轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)價格(ge)為(wei)0.17元/m3,經測定(ding)1#連鑄(zhu)機中(zhong)間(jian)包(bao)平(ping)均單臺(tai)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時間(jian)約(yue)6小時,其中(zhong)測定(ding)烤(kao)(kao)包(bao)末(mo)溫度(du)923℃,最高970℃,消耗(hao)量均為(wei)800 m3/h(試(shi)驗10包(bao)次平(ping)均值),烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)一個中(zhong)包(bao)(轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi))用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)成本(ben)為(wei):6h*800m3/h*0.17元/m3=816元;1#連鑄(zhu)機年至少(shao)烤(kao)(kao)包(bao)300次,年節約(yue)費用(yong):816×300天=244800元

項目簡介:煉鋼老區余熱(re)(re)(re)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu),其單(dan)爐(lu)蒸發量12t/h,且(qie)每臺(tai)余熱(re)(re)(re)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)配置有一臺(tai)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi),正常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)應(ying)該在(zai)(zai)104℃左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)好,但是由于(yu)補(bu)(bu)水溫(wen)(wen)度(du)低(di)15~25℃,補(bu)(bu)水量較(jiao)大(da)(da),其除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不能(neng)有效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定在(zai)(zai)104℃左(zuo)(zuo)右(you),在(zai)(zai)補(bu)(bu)水時,除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水溫(wen)(wen)度(du)往(wang)往(wang)降(jiang)低(di)到100℃以下,難以保證除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo),由于(yu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)水溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響,其水中氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量高,鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)系統腐蝕嚴(yan)重,焊接爐(lu)口和煙(yan)罩頻繁,對煉鋼安(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)已經產(chan)生(sheng)影響。現決定對1#轉爐(lu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)進行(xing)改造,在(zai)(zai)其前端增加一臺(tai)補(bu)(bu)水換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi),補(bu)(bu)水量60t/t,換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用余熱(re)(re)(re)蒸汽進行(xing)加熱(re)(re)(re)水質,換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)水溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達到70℃以上,在(zai)(zai)供給除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)使用, 由于(yu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)補(bu)(bu)水溫(wen)(wen)度(du)提高,溫(wen)(wen)降(jiang)減小,除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)始終保持在(zai)(zai)104℃左(zuo)(zuo)右(you),能(neng)夠有效(xiao)(xiao)解決因(yin)供水溫(wen)(wen)度(du)低(di),除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)波動大(da)(da),影響除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo),而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)腐蝕問題,提高鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使用壽命(ming)。

創新項目:一種轉爐更換出鋼口套磚工藝優化

項目簡介:目(mu)前新區轉爐(lu)(lu)在更換(huan)出(chu)鋼口(kou)套(tao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),采取濺完渣(zha)從大面倒(dao)(dao)掉渣(zha)子,然后(hou)(hou)(hou)用(yong)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機擴(kuo)完孔(kong)(kong)下套(tao)管(guan),但是在轉爐(lu)(lu)生(sheng)產過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),由于舊套(tao)管(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)轉爐(lu)(lu)渣(zha)粘的(de)(de)(de)較厚,擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)進(jin)度很慢(man),需要(yao)1小時以(yi)上(shang)才(cai)能擴(kuo)好孔(kong)(kong);同(tong)時目(mu)前鐵(tie)水(shui)硅(gui)高,渣(zha)料(liao)加(jia)入(ru)過(guo)多,導致(zhi)爐(lu)(lu)底(di)上(shang)漲較快,需要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)吹爐(lu)(lu)底(di)作(zuo)業,保證轉爐(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)型。出(chu)完鋼后(hou)(hou)(hou)不(bu)進(jin)行(xing)濺渣(zha)操作(zuo),而是倒(dao)(dao)掉部(bu)分(fen)渣(zha)進(jin)行(xing)吹爐(lu)(lu)底(di)作(zuo)業,吹掃完畢后(hou)(hou)(hou),從小面倒(dao)(dao)出(chu)渣(zha)子,化爐(lu)(lu)底(di)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時沖(chong)掉套(tao)磚(zhuan)中(zhong)(zhong)粘附的(de)(de)(de)轉爐(lu)(lu)渣(zha),使下套(tao)轉擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)作(zuo)業能夠更快的(de)(de)(de)完成。使用(yong)本(ben)方(fang)法(fa)后(hou)(hou)(hou)可以(yi)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)時間至20分(fen)鐘左右;減(jian)(jian)少(shao)對轉爐(lu)(lu)大磚(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)損害;減(jian)(jian)少(shao)出(chu)鋼口(kou)填(tian)充料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong);減(jian)(jian)少(shao)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機鉆頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)磨損;減(jian)(jian)少(shao)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機油料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong);每月(yue)創效9500元;同(tong)時大量減(jian)(jian)輕人員勞(lao)動(dong)量,增強員工生(sheng)產自信(xin)心。
