項目簡介:我公司設(she)備換(huan)油(you)(you)(you)(you)原來一直采用(yong)“按期(qi)(qi)(qi)換(huan)油(you)(you)(you)(you)”原則(ze),油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)未經檢(jian)測(ce)便進(jin)行更換(huan),因此存(cun)在(zai)(zai)兩個問題:在(zai)(zai)線(xian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)使用(yong)到周(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi)時更換(huan),前期(qi)(qi)(qi)未進(jin)行檢(jian)測(ce),不(bu)能(neng)及時發現(xian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)問題。在(zai)(zai)線(xian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)使用(yong)到周(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi)時更換(huan),油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)未檢(jian)測(ce)更換(huan),油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)雖然(ran)到期(qi)(qi)(qi)但各項指標(biao)良好,造成油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)浪費(fei)。我中心對(dui)公司設(she)備在(zai)(zai)線(xian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)使用(yong)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)質(zhi)量檢(jian)測(ce)儀器進(jin)行檢(jian)測(ce)分析,各單位依(yi)據油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)檢(jian)測(ce)報告對(dui)設(she)備在(zai)(zai)線(xian)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)進(jin)行處置。及時解(jie)決(jue)了(le)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)劣化對(dui)設(she)備運(yun)行造成的(de)影響;避免了(le)部分油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)到期(qi)(qi)(qi)但油(you)(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)合格而被更換(huan)的(de)浪費(fei)現(xian)象,延長了(le)其使用(yong)周(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi),保障了(le)設(she)備正常運(yun)行,同時又為公司節(jie)約了(le)新油(you)(you)(you)(you)采購費(fei)用(yong),年可節(jie)約51萬元。

項目簡介:煉(lian)鋼連鑄拉矯(jiao)輥在(zai)線安裝195臺(tai)(tai),公司現有修復(fu)工(gong)藝達不到(dao)(dao)設(she)備(bei)工(gong)藝技術要求,依據煉(lian)鋼設(she)備(bei)點檢定(ding)修制度(du)(du),每(mei)(mei)年需到(dao)(dao)河南焦作海達機械電器有限責任公司外(wai)(wai)委維(wei)(wei)(wei)修3-4次,每(mei)(mei)次修復(fu)30臺(tai)(tai)左右,每(mei)(mei)臺(tai)(tai)外(wai)(wai)委維(wei)(wei)(wei)修費(fei)用(yong)(yong)約2000元(yuan),年外(wai)(wai)委維(wei)(wei)(wei)修費(fei)用(yong)(yong)20萬(wan)元(yuan)左右。原修復(fu)工(gong)藝是對磨損(sun)的(de)拉矯(jiao)輥采用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)焊(han)(han)(han)條(J302)堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)再(zai)到(dao)(dao)車(che)床進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)粗、精(jing)車(che)。其缺點是補焊(han)(han)(han)速(su)度(du)(du)慢、工(gong)人(ren)勞動強度(du)(du)大;耐磨性差,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)周期短(一(yi)個月左右);易變性、圓度(du)(du)、同(tong)軸度(du)(du)很難保證(zheng)。經過技術攻關(guan),采用(yong)(yong)新工(gong)藝,先進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)整(zheng)體預熱(re),采用(yong)(yong)新型Delstain423(司太立耐磨堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)絲)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)二保焊(han)(han)(han)堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han),再(zai)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)車(che)床粗車(che)、精(jing)車(che),堆(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)速(su)度(du)(du)提高(gao)3倍(bei),降低工(gong)人(ren)勞動強度(du)(du);耐磨性提高(gao),達到(dao)(dao)外(wai)(wai)委維(wei)(wei)(wei)修使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)周期;年可節約外(wai)(wai)委維(wei)(wei)(wei)修費(fei)用(yong)(yong)20萬(wan)元(yuan)左右。

項目簡介:我單位現有帶鋸床(chuang)GB4032一(yi)臺,隨廠附(fu)件小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車料(liao)架一(yi)個(ge),因小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車料(liao)架設計缺陷,與地(di)面接觸(chu)點(dian)較小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)有時(shi)在(zai)送(song)料(liao)過程中導致小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車倒塌(ta),從而(er)造成(cheng)安全(quan)隱患(huan)。針(zhen)對(dui)此安全(quan)隱患(huan),利用廢鋼(gang)槽(cao),回(hui)收的舊小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)托輥(gun),并(bing)自制調整螺距(ju),通過組(zu)焊,并(bing)在(zai)料(liao)架邊設立(li)擋(dang)板,試制成(cheng)功,并(bing)投入使用。改進后,使用狀(zhuang)況良好(hao)。原來鋸床(chuang)使用機(ji)床(chuang)自帶小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車料(liao)架,吊裝圓(yuan)鋼(gang)時(shi),需要兩人(ren)配合(he)才能(neng)完(wan)成(cheng)而(er)且存在(zai)安全(quan)隱患(huan)。改進后吊裝上下圓(yuan)鋼(gang)僅(jin)需1人(ren)便能(neng)完(wan)成(cheng)操作。按每天鋸床(chuang)節省1人(ren)勞動力(li)計算,每天每人(ren)8小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)工時(shi)費為200元(yuan)計算,每年可節約人(ren)工費1.32萬元(yuan)。

項目簡介:機修作業區機加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)現有臥式鏜床(chuang)一臺,因鏜床(chuang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)范(fan)圍較小,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務(wu)并(bing)不飽滿(man),針(zhen)對此(ci)現狀(zhuang),制(zhi)定改進方案,在(zai)(zai)鏜頭(tou)上增加(jia)(jia)裝夾工(gong)(gong)(gong)具,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)床(chuang)面上增加(jia)(jia)刀架,可(ke)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)各種異(yi)形回轉件(jian)(jian)。在(zai)(zai)鏜頭(tou)上用(yong)廢(fei)舊鋼板制(zhi)作托盤、裝配夾頭(tou),在(zai)(zai)床(chuang)面上增加(jia)(jia)刀架,調試合(he)格(ge)后,可(ke)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)外(wai)圓、內孔、端(duan)面。改進后,拓寬了加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)范(fan)圍,承接了公(gong)司(si)的一些大型異(yi)型工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),改善(shan)了鏜床(chuang)長(chang)期閑置的局(ju)面,現在(zai)(zai)可(ke)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)外(wai)圓內孔、端(duan)面,一次性裝夾能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的垂(chui)直度(du)(du)、平行度(du)(du)。

項目簡介:原作業(ye)區W11-16×2500卷(juan)板機對(dui)一些壁厚(hou)(hou)較薄,尺寸較小的(de)(de)(de)圓柱、圓錐(zhui)(zhui)或其(qi)一部分(fen),已經跟不上生(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de)需求,在(zai)這樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)前提下自制(zhi)最大(da)卷(juan)制(zhi)厚(hou)(hou)度8mm,最小卷(juan)制(zhi)直(zhi)徑Φ300mm,最大(da)卷(juan)板寬度1600mm卷(juan)板機一臺。在(zai)生(sheng)產實踐(jian)中(zhong)具有了較高的(de)(de)(de)應用價值。解決了作業(ye)區W11-16×2500卷(juan)板機不能卷(juan)制(zhi)Φ360mm以下管(guan)道及其(qi)錐(zhui)(zhui)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題,實際(ji)適用性能強,提高了小口直(zhi)徑管(guan)道卷(juan)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)精度。此項目已在(zai)燒(shao)結(jie)、煉鐵(tie)直(zhi)管(guan),華富(fu)新能源(yuan)、軋鋼錐(zhui)(zhui)管(guan)等項目中(zhong)使(shi)用。

項目簡介:我單位(wei)承接煉鐵泥炮保護帽(mao)(mao)加(jia)工(gong)任務,因(yin)鑄(zhu)造鑄(zhu)鋼件(jian)(jian)(jian)澆帽(mao)(mao)口位(wei)置(zhi)經氧氣切割(ge)原因(yin)造成(cheng)(cheng)表(biao)面硬化(hua),加(jia)工(gong)單件(jian)(jian)(jian)需耗時(shi)150分(fen)鐘,每班(ban)僅可(ke)加(jia)工(gong)3件(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)品,不能滿足供應(ying)要求。針對(dui)(dui)此(ci)種情況,成(cheng)(cheng)立攻關小組,對(dui)(dui)刀(dao)具幾何角度進(jin)行(xing)(xing)改(gai)進(jin),采用負(fu)刃傾角15度,并對(dui)(dui)刀(dao)刃磨(mo)出負(fu)倒棱,增加(jia)刀(dao)頭強度,使刀(dao)具耐沖(chong)擊力得到加(jia)強,并主(zhu)動(dong)和煉鐵技術員取(qu)得聯系,對(dui)(dui)保護帽(mao)(mao)外圓不進(jin)行(xing)(xing)加(jia)工(gong),減少加(jia)工(gong)程序。經過工(gong)藝改(gai)進(jin)后,每件(jian)(jian)(jian)單件(jian)(jian)(jian)耗時(shi)50分(fen)鐘,每班(ban)可(ke)完成(cheng)(cheng)9件(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)品,提高工(gong)作(zuo)效率3倍以上。解決了(le)備件(jian)(jian)(jian)供應(ying)不及時(shi)的現狀,能夠(gou)保質保量,保證備件(jian)(jian)(jian)庫存(cun),年可(ke)節約 41667元(yuan)。

項目簡介:我公司(si)用(yong)各類調節絲杠、閥(fa)門絲杠等(deng)都為易(yi)損(sun)易(yi)耗件。因其(qi)屬(shu)摩擦傳動,磨(mo)損(sun)較快、易(yi)變(bian)形(xing)彎曲、使(shi)用(yong)壽命較短。針對此現狀,成立攻關(guan)小組經過論證,用(yong)煉鋼動力運(yun)行所拆除的(de)廢(fei)泵軸(zhou)制作。該(gai)材料為20cr具有高(gao)強度、高(gao)韌性、高(gao)耐磨(mo)的(de)特(te)性,提高(gao)了備(bei)件質(zhi)量(liang),利用(yong)此項目(mu),可變(bian)廢(fei)為寶做到(dao)物(wu)盡其(qi)用(yong)。經加工(gong)使(shi)用(yong),設備(bei)故障(zhang)率得到(dao)降低(di),減(jian)少(shao)了維修人工(gong)費用(yong),使(shi)用(yong)壽命提高(gao)3倍,降低(di)了生(sheng)產(chan)成本,為生(sheng)產(chan)單位提供了可靠保障(zhang),可年創(chuang)效1.2萬元(yuan)。

項目簡介:機床加工(gong)小軸(zhou)類工(gong)件,每(mei)次(ci)先要打(da)(da)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔,在車(che)床打(da)(da)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔速度慢,效率低(di),每(mei)天能打(da)(da)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔100件左(zuo)右,經過討論改進,制作了鉆床鉆中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔裝置(zhi)。此裝置(zhi)壓在鉆床軌道進行定位,對小軸(zhou)類工(gong)件進行打(da)(da)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔,性能穩定,安(an)全(quan)可靠,加工(gong)速度快,效率高,每(mei)天可加工(gong)工(gong)件300—400件,保證(zheng)了生產(chan)單位的需求,解決了車(che)床鉆中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔慢的現狀。

項目簡介:電除塵器的陰極線是影響除塵效率的一個關鍵部件,每個電場內部有數千根陰極線,只要其中一根脫落或者斷裂便可造成整個電場短路,使電場停止運行或處于低除塵效率狀態下運行,從而影響整臺除塵器的除塵效率,出口粉塵排放濃度升高,不符合環保要求,同時會導致風機轉子磨損,設備壽命縮短。針對陰極線脫落情況對陰極線的連接點結構型式進行改造,在陰極線兩端原有的螺栓連接處增加了C型卡箍,連接牢靠,即使連接點螺栓出現松動脫落,陰極線仍會被C型卡箍固定,不會出現脫落現象,避免陰極線自由傾倒搭接到陽極板上而造成電場短路。應用效果:1、改(gai)造(zao)后(hou)不(bu)存在陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)脫(tuo)落情況,備件儲(chu)備量和(he)設(she)備維護成本明顯降低(di)。2、陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)脫(tuo)落后(hou),需要(yao)專業人(ren)(ren)員進(jin)入(ru)內(nei)部進(jin)行(xing)極(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)捆綁作(zuo)業,日常(chang)運行(xing)維護極(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)困(kun)難,電場(chang)內(nei)部涉及高壓、高空、煤(mei)氣、密(mi)閉(bi)受限空間等(deng)諸多危險因素(su),屬于高級別控制的(de)(de)(de)非(fei)(fei)常(chang)規(gui)作(zuo)業活動,檢修過程費(fei)時費(fei)力。改(gai)造(zao)后(hou),不(bu)存在極(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)脫(tuo)落情況,可以省去(qu)此類非(fei)(fei)常(chang)規(gui)作(zuo)業活動,減(jian)低(di)了設(she)備維護成本,減(jian)輕(qing)了人(ren)(ren)員勞動強(qiang)度并且間接的(de)(de)(de)提高了員工作(zuo)業的(de)(de)(de)安全性(xing)。3、除塵(chen)效果(guo)提高,改(gai)造(zao)前粉塵(chen)排放(fang)(fang)(fang)為(wei)80mg/m3左(zuo)右;改(gai)造(zao)后(hou)經環保部門監測粉塵(chen)排放(fang)(fang)(fang)為(wei)32 mg/m3,符合國家排放(fang)(fang)(fang)要(yao)求。4、改(gai)造(zao)后(hou),避免了陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)脫(tuo)落造(zao)成的(de)(de)(de)電場(chang)短路(lu)現象,使電場(chang)內(nei)部故障率有效降低(di),極(ji)(ji)(ji)大地提高了系統運行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)。5、陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)可靠固(gu)定后(hou),能夠提供(gong)持續、穩定的(de)(de)(de)電離場(chang),收塵(chen)效率極(ji)(ji)(ji)大提高。

項目簡介:振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)裝置(zhi)的(de)失(shi)效(xiao)直接導致陽極板,陰極線(xian)上附著大量粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)而不(bu)能及(ji)時(shi)清(qing)理,進而造成(cheng)電場失(shi)效(xiao),影響(xiang)整(zheng)臺除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)除塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率。經(jing)(jing)過實(shi)際(ji)測量原(yuan)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)砧受(shou)(shou)力(li)臺高度(du)(du)僅為(wei)(wei)5mm,且只有(you)兩個受(shou)(shou)力(li)面(mian),難以保(bao)(bao)證工作的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),會(hui)導致振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)力(li)偏移(yi),振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)效(xiao)果不(bu)佳,長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)運(yun)行會(hui)導致振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)桿(gan)斷裂失(shi)效(xiao)。經(jing)(jing)實(shi)際(ji)可(ke)行性(xing)研究,現將受(shou)(shou)力(li)面(mian)高度(du)(du)增加為(wei)(wei)10mm,將受(shou)(shou)力(li)面(mian)由(you)原(yuan)來的(de)側面(mian)兩個增設(she)底部受(shou)(shou)力(li)面(mian)變為(wei)(wei)三個,并將三個接觸面(mian)與(yu)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)桿(gan)可(ke)靠(kao)焊(han)接,使之成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)一個整(zheng)體,確保(bao)(bao)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)力(li)有(you)效(xiao)傳遞,經(jing)(jing)過改造后,振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)桿(gan)與(yu)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)砧連為(wei)(wei)一體,振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)力(li)傳遞均勻,振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)效(xiao)果增強,振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)打(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)桿(gan)損壞情況減少,備(bei)件儲備(bei)量和設(she)備(bei)維護成(cheng)本(ben)明(ming)顯降低;除塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)果提高,改造前粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)排放(fang)(fang)為(wei)(wei)80mg/m3左右;改造后經(jing)(jing)環(huan)保(bao)(bao)部門監測粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)排放(fang)(fang)為(wei)(wei)32 mg/m3,符(fu)合國家排放(fang)(fang)要(yao)求;同時(shi)提高了(le)清(qing)灰性(xing)能,使其有(you)效(xiao)使用壽命大大提高。

項目簡介:大(da)型套類工(gong)(gong)件(jian)是我們經常加(jia)工(gong)(gong)的備件(jian),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)難度(du)(du)(du)比較(jiao)大(da)。現有(you)刀(dao)(dao)具加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi),由(you)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)長,加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)刀(dao)(dao)具強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)弱,振動大(da),而(er)且一次加(jia)工(gong)(gong)不(bu)到頭,需(xu)掉(diao)頭裝夾再車削,工(gong)(gong)件(jian)質量和(he)進度(du)(du)(du)達不(bu)到要求。針對此項(xiang)難點,成立(li)攻關(guan)(guan)小組,對加(jia)工(gong)(gong)刀(dao)(dao)具進行研(yan)究攻關(guan)(guan),利用廢Φ80舊圓鋼(gang)經銑削,鉆削,制成組合式鏜孔刀(dao)(dao)具。此裝置使用后不(bu)僅(jin)速度(du)(du)(du)快效(xiao)率高,又能保證工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的質量及精(jing)度(du)(du)(du),同時(shi)(shi)降低(di)了工(gong)(gong)人勞動強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du),年(nian)可節資1.8萬元。
