7月30日,公(gong)司組織召開2021年“十(shi)件實事”半年工作推進(jin)情況(kuang)總結會(hui)。公(gong)司黨委(wei)委(wei)員、工會(hui)主席(xi)趙春棠,工會(hui)辦公(gong)室負責人(ren)以及各基層工會(hui)主席(xi)、項目負責人(ren)和職(zhi)工代表參加會(hui)議。
會上,各項目負責(ze)人(ren)詳(xiang)細匯(hui)報了(le)上半年“職工住宅樓建(jian)設”“創(chuang)新員工監督評價”“保(bao)障疫情防控物資需求”“通勤車(che)服務”等“十(shi)件(jian)實(shi)事(shi)(shi)”落實(shi)情況(kuang)和下半年落實(shi)推(tui)動(dong)“十(shi)件(jian)實(shi)事(shi)(shi)”的(de)工作計劃,對推(tui)進(jin)過程中存在的(de)問題進(jin)行(xing)了(le)溝通交流,并(bing)聽取了(le)職工代(dai)表對“十(shi)件(jian)實(shi)事(shi)(shi)”落實(shi)情況(kuang)的(de)意(yi)見(jian)和建(jian)議(yi)。
趙春棠對上半(ban)年落實“十件實事”進行了總結和分析。他指(zhi)出:
一是要不忘初(chu)心,堅定企(qi)業(ye)發展(zhan)信念。“十(shi)件實(shi)事”是公(gong)司黨政落實(shi)“一切為了陜(shan)鋼發展(zhan) 一切為了員工(gong)(gong)(gong)幸福(fu)”的企(qi)業(ye)價值觀,更是公(gong)司將改(gai)革發展(zhan)成果(guo)與職工(gong)(gong)(gong)共享的體現(xian)。“十(shi)件實(shi)事”的落實(shi)關系著(zhu)廣(guang)大職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的切身利益、件件與職工(gong)(gong)(gong)息(xi)息(xi)相關,各單位要堅定企(qi)業(ye)發展(zhan)信念,切實(shi)做好十(shi)件實(shi)事。
二是(shi)要筑牢(lao)思想,深(shen)入一(yi)(yi)線服務企(qi)業。各(ge)級工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會組(zu)織要切(qie)實(shi)將(jiang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)實(shi)事(shi)(shi)辦好、好事(shi)(shi)辦實(shi),進一(yi)(yi)步強化思想,牢(lao)固樹(shu)立職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)利益無小事(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)觀念,要事(shi)(shi)難(nan)事(shi)(shi)親(qin)力親(qin)為(wei),扭住不放(fang)、一(yi)(yi)抓到(dao)底,要經常(chang)深(shen)入一(yi)(yi)線,與職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)面對(dui)面、心貼心、實(shi)打實(shi),將(jiang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)事(shi)(shi)辦到(dao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)心坎上(shang),讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)更深(shen)層次理(li)解(jie)企(qi)業良(liang)苦用心,不斷提(ti)升職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)幸福(fu)感(gan)和獲(huo)得感(gan)。
三是要(yao)攻堅(jian)克難(nan),為職(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)辦好實事(shi)。各基(ji)層工(gong)會和項目負責人,要(yao)結合黨(dang)史(shi)學(xue)習教育,按(an)照(zhao)“學(xue)黨(dang)史(shi)、悟思想、辦實事(shi)、開新局”總(zong)要(yao)求,扎(zha)實開展“我為群眾(zhong)辦實事(shi)”活動,筑牢攻堅(jian)克難(nan)的戰(zhan)斗(dou)堡壘,通過驗(yan)收(shou)、評(ping)定、公示等形式,有(you)力推進職(zhi)工(gong)“十件實事(shi)”圓(yuan)滿完成。
據悉,公司工會還通過智慧工會平臺對“十件(jian)實事(shi)”落實情況進(jin)行了(le)滿意(yi)度調研(yan),并結合職工代表提出的意(yi)見和建議,對下(xia)半年(nian)工作方(fang)案進(jin)行了(le)調整(zheng)和細(xi)化,切實為職工辦好實事(shi)。
