堅持文化鑄魂 培育新風正氣
龍(long)鋼公(gong)司堅持(chi)把(ba)“正”文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)培育作為提升員工價值觀、營造(zao)正氣(qi)(qi)充(chong)盈干事環(huan)境的一項重要工程來(lai)抓。先后(hou)發放(fang)了《企(qi)業文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)手(shou)(shou)冊》《崗位廉潔(jie)(jie)從業行為規范(fan)手(shou)(shou)冊》以及《廉潤(run)鋼城》等書籍;充(chong)分利用辦公(gong)場所(suo)和工業旅游線(xian)路(lu)打造(zao)融(rong)思想性(xing)(xing)、觀賞性(xing)(xing)和教育性(xing)(xing)于一體的“守誠”廉潔(jie)(jie)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)示范(fan)區(qu)、“家風文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”示范(fan)區(qu),讓正氣(qi)(qi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遍布(bu)鋼城角角落落。同時(shi),鼓(gu)勵員工積(ji)極參與(yu)“正”文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)理論調研、學習研討,讓“正”文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)浸入人心、啟迪靈魂,形成“領導(dao)有正氣(qi)(qi)、職工有士氣(qi)(qi)、企(qi)業有朝氣(qi)(qi)”的良好干事氛(fen)圍。
堅持教育為主 強化思想引領
龍鋼公司加強黨(dang)(dang)風廉(lian)(lian)政(zheng)建設理(li)論學(xue)習,通(tong)過邀請(qing)專家學(xue)者開(kai)展專題講座、深入包聯(lian)黨(dang)(dang)組織(zhi)(zhi)進行(xing)(xing)專題宣(xuan)講,組織(zhi)(zhi)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)部(bu)參(can)與黨(dang)(dang)紀法(fa)規知識(shi)測試,不斷強化(hua)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)部(bu)廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)自律意(yi)識(shi)。在煉鐵廠高爐打造了“廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)課(ke)堂”,堅(jian)持“一月(yue)一提醒、一季(ji)一警示”,靈活運(yun)用(yong)講課(ke)式(shi)、觀摩式(shi)、互動式(shi)、調研式(shi)等學(xue)習方式(shi),確保(bao)廉(lian)(lian)政(zheng)教(jiao)育(yu)內化(hua)于(yu)心、外化(hua)于(yu)行(xing)(xing)。將(jiang)企業內外部(bu)廉(lian)(lian)政(zheng)教(jiao)育(yu)陣地作為黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)部(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)入職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)、任前教(jiao)育(yu)的必修(xiu)課(ke),用(yong)好用(yong)活廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)文化(hua)資源,讓黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)部(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)在舉手投足、耳濡目染中品味清(qing)風、正心修(xiu)身(shen)。
堅持預防在先 筑牢防腐堤壩
龍(long)(long)鋼(gang)公司以廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)風(feng)險防控為紐帶(dai),以制約和監(jian)督權力運行為核(he)心,先后排(pai)查崗位(wei)廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)風(feng)險防控點2571個,建(jian)立并(bing)動態更新管(guan)(guan)理干部廉(lian)(lian)政檔案(an)410份(fen)(fen),與外協單(dan)位(wei)簽訂廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)協議96份(fen)(fen),建(jian)立了(le)權責(ze)清晰(xi)、流(liu)程規(gui)范(fan)、運行高(gao)效(xiao)的崗位(wei)廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)風(feng)險防控體系。同時(shi),制定(ding)下發了(le)龍(long)(long)鋼(gang)公司《作風(feng)建(jian)設(she)“十三條禁令”》《合作方(fang)黑名單(dan)管(guan)(guan)理辦法》,以制度的剛性約束促進企業規(gui)范(fan)化管(guan)(guan)理;開發運行了(le)“龍(long)(long)鋼(gang)公司商務平臺系統”,實現了(le)公司招(zhao)投標管(guan)(guan)理、物資采(cai)購詢比(bi)價管(guan)(guan)理數字(zi)化管(guan)(guan)控,以科(ke)技創新筑牢廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)風(feng)險防控堅固(gu)堤壩。
堅持活動促廉 營造濃厚氛圍
龍鋼(gang)公(gong)司積(ji)極開展(zhan)(zhan)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)風(feng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)、廉(lian)(lian)(lian)潔文化(hua)(hua)“基層(ceng)(ceng)行(xing)”活(huo)(huo)動,讓廉(lian)(lian)(lian)潔文化(hua)(hua)“活(huo)(huo)起(qi)來(lai)”更(geng)“火起(qi)來(lai)”。以基層(ceng)(ceng)單(dan)位為(wei)單(dan)元,組(zu)織干(gan)部(bu)職工家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)屬召開家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)企共(gong)建(jian)(jian)“心(xin)廉(lian)(lian)(lian)心(xin)”座談會,共(gong)看一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)風(feng)視頻、開展(zhan)(zhan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)風(feng)宣講(jiang)、誦讀(du)一(yi)(yi)(yi)封廉(lian)(lian)(lian)潔家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)書、簽訂一(yi)(yi)(yi)份助廉(lian)(lian)(lian)承諾、送上一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)清涼慰(wei)問,讓好(hao)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)風(feng)成為(wei)黨員干(gan)部(bu)廉(lian)(lian)(lian)潔自律的“沃土”。組(zu)織紀(ji)檢干(gan)部(bu)深(shen)入(ru)一(yi)(yi)(yi)線開展(zhan)(zhan)廉(lian)(lian)(lian)潔文化(hua)(hua)五(wu)個一(yi)(yi)(yi)“基層(ceng)(ceng)行(xing)”活(huo)(huo)動,為(wei)基層(ceng)(ceng)單(dan)位送一(yi)(yi)(yi)份廉(lian)(lian)(lian)潔讀(du)書、開展(zhan)(zhan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)主題宣講(jiang)、進行(xing)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)案例剖析、舉辦一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)專題講(jiang)座、開展(zhan)(zhan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)廉(lian)(lian)(lian)政談心(xin),讓崇廉(lian)(lian)(lian)尚(shang)廉(lian)(lian)(lian)之勢(shi)蔚(yu)然成風(feng)、溢滿(man)鋼(gang)城。
