為持續鞏(gong)固環(huan)保績效A級成果(guo),今年以(yi)來,軋鋼廠(chang)以(yi)現場(chang)管理(li)(li)為切入(ru)點,從細節入(ru)手,通過百分制考評、精細化綠(lv)化管理(li)(li)、現場(chang)環(huan)境自主(zhu)改善等(deng)有力措(cuo)施,助(zhu)推現場(chang)環(huan)境再提升。
百分制考評夯實管理基礎
為進一步提升現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)精(jing)細(xi)化水(shui)平,年(nian)初,該單位(wei)編制下發了(le)(le)《2023年(nian)軋(ya)鋼廠(chang)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)專(zhuan)業(ye)百(bai)分(fen)制考評(ping)(ping)表(biao)》,從(cong)基(ji)礎管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、生產現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)、設備(bei)及(ji)備(bei)品備(bei)件、綠化區(qu)域、工(gong)作落實五(wu)個方面對現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)各(ge)要素進一步規范。每月(yue)15至25日組織人員對各(ge)作業(ye)區(qu)進行百(bai)分(fen)制考評(ping)(ping),依據考評(ping)(ping)表(biao)內(nei)容(rong)進行專(zhuan)項考評(ping)(ping)打分(fen),對考評(ping)(ping)中(zhong)存(cun)在的問(wen)題(ti)(ti),以任務清單的形式(shi)督促作業(ye)區(qu)限期整改,并對考評(ping)(ping)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)整改情況進行驗(yan)證(zheng),形成檢查、整改、驗(yan)證(zheng)的閉(bi)環管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)模式(shi),使(shi)得(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)存(cun)在問(wen)題(ti)(ti)較同期下降30%,提升了(le)(le)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)作業(ye)環境。
精細化綠化管理提升觀感
為(wei)不(bu)斷提(ti)(ti)升綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)精細化(hua)水(shui)平,該(gai)單位(wei)對區(qu)域綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)流程(cheng)重新梳(shu)理(li),制(zhi)定綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)“天(tian)、周、月、季”四級管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)機制(zhi),督促責(ze)任(ren)單位(wei)每(mei)天(tian)對包聯(lian)區(qu)域綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)垃圾(ji)撿(jian)拾、牌匾(bian)擦拭,每(mei)周對綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)標(biao)識牌匾(bian)、水(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、消防栓等公共設施(shi)進行(xing)專項檢查(cha),每(mei)月對綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)樹(shu)木(mu)(mu)缺損進行(xing)清理(li)、更換,每(mei)季度對綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)樹(shu)木(mu)(mu)刷白套紅。與此同時,加強對進入綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)施(shi)工作業區(qu)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong),進一(yi)步夯實綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)主體單位(wei)責(ze)任(ren),對綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)出現損壞的行(xing)為(wei)嚴(yan)肅處理(li),不(bu)斷完善進入綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)審批手(shou)續,確保綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)景觀完好(hao)美觀。今年以來,該(gai)單位(wei)完成春(chun)季綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)苗(miao)木(mu)(mu)補栽(zai)約30平方米,綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)帶(dai)垃圾(ji)撿(jian)拾20次,苗(miao)木(mu)(mu)刷白套紅120余(yu)棵,有效提(ti)(ti)升了綠(lv)(lv)(lv)化(hua)覆蓋(gai)率。
自主改善提升參觀線路環境
為(wei)(wei)有效提(ti)升(sheng)參(can)觀(guan)(guan)線路(lu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)(huan)境(jing),該(gai)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)圍繞國家級AAAA級旅游景區軋鋼板塊工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重點,以(yi)(yi)作(zuo)(zuo)業區為(wei)(wei)單(dan)元,按照每個作(zuo)(zuo)業區每月一處(chu)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)提(ti)升(sheng)、每個班組(zu)(zu)不限數量(liang)的目標進(jin)(jin)行打造,全(quan)面提(ti)升(sheng)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)(huan)境(jing)。與此同時,進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)規范(fan)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)(huan)境(jing)提(ti)升(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要求(qiu),以(yi)(yi)契合工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)實(shi)際(ji)、美觀(guan)(guan)性、實(shi)用(yong)性為(wei)(wei)出發(fa)點,在分(fen)廠管(guan)轄區域(yu)(yu)各序(xu)列崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)全(quan)面打造環(huan)(huan)境(jing)提(ti)升(sheng)示(shi)范(fan)點,定期組(zu)(zu)織人(ren)員(yuan)對各區域(yu)(yu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場亮點打造質量(liang)進(jin)(jin)行驗(yan)收評審,獎優罰差、以(yi)(yi)點帶(dai)面,帶(dai)動其他崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)(huan)境(jing)逐(zhu)步(bu)改善(shan),不斷提(ti)升(sheng)參(can)觀(guan)(guan)線路(lu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)(huan)境(jing)。截(jie)至目前(qian),該(gai)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)共組(zu)(zu)織現(xian)(xian)(xian)場驗(yan)收評審4次,完成現(xian)(xian)(xian)場改善(shan)項目72項,優秀現(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)(huan)境(jing)提(ti)升(sheng)區域(yu)(yu)8處(chu)。
